Payment Policy:

Payment processors evaluate the legitimacy of internet orders for fraud before proceeding. 

All COD payments will be received at the delivery address. If you don’t see an email from us with tracking information in your inbox after the order has arrived, make sure to check your spam bin.

Orders paid for using a credit card or other online payment method is subject to a fraud status check and are only processed further after being cleared by our payment processor. If the order’s status is changed to “failed” after a fraud check, it is immediately canceled.

We have found that a maximum of 4 confirmation calls is sufficient for cash-on-delivery orders to ensure accuracy. Unattended orders are canceled after a certain amount of time.

At any point before processing, Karigari or the buyer can cancel an order for any reason that is mentioned below.
