Refund policy:

OVERVIEW

Within 30 days of purchase, you can return an item for a full refund. We will collect the items from you within 7 working days at no extra cost, and we offer both item exchanges and full refunds. After 30 days of purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

An item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition. As an additional condition, the item must be in its original packing.

Please note that a receipt or other form of purchase verification will be required to process your return. 

REFUNDS

After reviewing your returned item, we will send you an email to let you know that we have collected your returned item. Your refund status (approved or declined) will be communicated to you as well.

If you are eligible for a refund, you may expect it to be completed within seven business days.

Items sold at full price are eligible for a refund. Products on sale are final sales and cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES:

Only broken or defective items will be replaced. Send us an email at info@karigari.com.pk if you need to exchange it for an identical item.
